Dylan Moore, Jones’s business partner says:

Dylan Moore corrupt solicitor author of the troll blog 'Thoughts of Oscar'

Dylan Moore
corrupt solicitor
author of the troll blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’

This is where my name started from, this is where to be fair I think, this is where David’s name has started from, you know, He was contributing to the blog, I mean, you know, he has sent stuff hasn’t he?

I say:

“David Jones”?

Dylan Moore says:

“yes, at the end of the day he’s in the politics, it’s his role, I have nothing to do with politics, you know but it was his role, you know to deal with these things, you know, talk about local issues, councillors and all this sort of stuff, so you know, he can’t so easily ignore this stuff. Umm”.

Jones says:

“I have never contributed to it, nor did I start reading it until this summer (2014)”.

I say:

“Jones you are a liar”, “a bloody big liar”.

Dylan Moore says:

“Most people locally with a brain, knew the author was Nigel, because you basically implied that David knew and that he was the only person and it depends what you mean by knew, suspected.

I say:

David said he knew.

Dylan Moore says:

I think he umm, because he dealt with it more and he was contributing stuff, he knew more people who were involved in this.

Jones says:

“I have never contributed to it, nor did I start reading it until this summer (2014)”.

I say:

“Jones you are a liar”.

Dylan Moore says:

“This is where my name started from, this is where to be fair I think, this is where David’s name has started from, he was contributing to the blog, I mean you know, he has sent stuff hasn’t he”.

I say:

“David Jones”?

Dylan Moore says:

“yes David”.

Jones Says:

“Dylan Moore during his meeting with Windmill suggested I had made non anonymous comments on the blog”.

I say:

“Dylan Moore suggested no such thing”, “he on the other hand said”,

DM “He (David Jones) was contributing to the blog, I mean, you know, he has sent stuff hasn’t he”?

“Dylan Moore never suggested anything of the sort”, he says later in that meeting”:

DM “He (David Jones) was contributing to the blog, I mean you know, he has sent stuff hasn’t he”.

“These are not suggestions, JONES, they are statements of fact”.

Jones says:

“In fact he was confused, by the fact that I had exchanged comments with the Thoughts of Oscar Twitter account”.

I say:

“But you said in our recorded interview, and I quote “I have never had anything to do with that blog in anyway at all, it would be a bonkers thing to do”.

“You Jones are trying to wriggle out of the truth, Moore suggests nothing, he does state the true facts though, or are you telling me your business partner of twenty years has lied about you”.

Ian Ralph says:

“I have worked on computers belonging to David Jones, Dylan Moore & Nigel Roberts, who from time to time wanted their computers cleaning and securing. They were never brought into my shop (Kindways computers) by themselves, always by a secretary or assistant, in addition I also worked on computers belonging to Ruby Williams, but in her case it was always at her home”.

When the private investigator interviewed Ralph, Ralph says:

“I told the investigator to look at David Jones solicitors on Trinity Square and Nigel Roberts Newsagents”. “That is where you should be looking”. “I am sure you are aware that David Jones would have contributed to the Thoughts of Oscar blog”. “I am not sure he was involved with the blogs management”.

I say to Ralph:

“Why are you so sure David Jones contributed to that blog”?

Ian Ralph says:

“Well apart from his political comments he does have a strong local interest and there are definitely posts on the Thoughts of Oscar blog from David Jones”. “I was at a Rotary Club dinner in Rhos On Sea, David Jones was the after dinner speaker, after the do and what have you, David Jones and I were talking, we discussed David’s involvement with the Thoughts of Oscar blog”.

Ralph continues:

“In 2010 during Creamers trial when the judge ordered the police to speak with the authors of Thoughts of Oscar because of the defamatory comments published on the blog, before and during the trial and have them removed, the order of events were as follows”, “The police (Inspector Ian Verburg) phoned, David Jones who then spoke with Nigel”.

I say:

“how do you know this”?

Ian Ralph says:

“It came through a third party”.

I say:

“Who was the third party”.

Ian Ralph says:

“Steven Dickens”.

As we know Steve Dickens is a life long friend of Nigel Roberts, he is also the same man that Nigel says he used to threaten the late Mr Williams.

Ralph during the meeting I had with him confirms that David Jones used the blog as a political tool, more importantly to get at people in politics who were either standing against him or those he had fallen out with.

Ralph confirms that David Jones needed the blog to say the things he could not been seen to say, especially when he became a cabinet minister.

Ralph also states that David Jones used his influence to prevent certain companies from obtaining finance, especially if he did not like the owners.

Ralph says he believes Dylan Moore was more directly involved with the blog than David Jones, he clarifies this by saying, David Jones would phone Moore giving him information about a particular person, which Moore would jump on and research on Jones’s behalf, then have Nigel publish it on the blog.

Ralph confirms that David Jones would write a post, pass it to Moore who would proof it then pass it on to Nigel, to be published on the blog.

More from Mr Ralph soon.

Jones says:

‘Yes I know Nigel Roberts (the self confessed author of the blog)’ ‘I have known him for 30 years, but only saw him once a year’.

‘If indeed Nigel has confessed to being the author of the blog then he must suffer the consequences’.

I say:

“That says everything one should need to know about your loyalties Jones”.

Anyone requiring copies of my recorded interviews please apply to the blog and I will furnish you with them.
