Part two

North Wales Police

North Wales Police have spent a lot of time and money covering up their involvement with the troll blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ and it’s three main authors.

David Jones MP

Nigel Roberts

&

Dylan Moore.

From the outset North Wales Police have denied any knowledge of the people responsable for that blog, ever since the first complaints were reported to North Wales Police in 2007 they have always stated that they could do nothing as they had no idea who was responsable, being the blog was written anonymously.

On March the 4th 2013 my wife and I complained to North Wales Police about the nasty and harassing comments that had been published about me, and other hateful comments about disabled children.

We were interviewed by WPC 1555 Lisa Jones, who states ‘she had not heard of the blog and had no idea who was writing it, therefore there is nothing  the police could do’, she was not at all happy with me asking her to talk with her station officer to see if he/she could help, she spoke with Inspector Ian Verburg who said he had no knowledge of who authored the blog.

Both Officers lied. In 2009 WPC 1555 Lisa Jones interviewed Ms Lyn Smith when she complained to North Wales Police about the troll blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’, I shall publish Lisa Jones police statement soon.

In November 2010, a judge presiding over a case at Mold Crown Court ordered DC Don Kenyon to have the authors of the ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ blog spoken too and have various slanderous comments removed from the blog, Kenyon telephoned  Inspector Ian Verburg and relayed to him the judges instruction, Verburg telephoned David Jones MP and asked Jones to have the comments removed, Jones then telephoned Nigel Roberts and instructed him to remove the slanderous comments that concerned the accused.

Verburg lied.

On the 09-09-2014 Nigel Roberts sent this email to Guto Bebb:

Nigel admits North Wales Police new the truth.

Nigel admits North Wales Police new the truth.

You may note two important details, 1, Nigel includes David Jones MP as a recipient of this email, why?

2, Nigel tells the reader that he informed Chief Superintendent Simon Humphreys four years previous (2010) that he was the author of the troll blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’.

The later being another admission that North Wales Police had full knowledge of the blog and it’s authorship.

During 2011 a private investigator was employed to discover the identity of those responsable for that blog, the investigator found that David Jones MP, Dylan Moore and Nigel Roberts were the three people most concerned with the authorship and publication of the troll blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’.

Twenty minutes after attending the offices of David Jones solicitors and the home of Nigel Roberts, the investigator was telephoned by none other that Chief Superintendent Simon Humphreys, who instructed the investigator to leave David Jones, Nigel Roberts and Dylan Moore alone! all three had complained directly to Humphreys after the investigator attended their premises.

Incredible service by North Wales Police especially as they had ‘no idea’ who was responsable for that blog.

Over twenty years ago Nigel Roberts was employed as a special constable by North Wales Police he has since acted as a police informant and regularly passed information on to North Wales Police, North Wales Police used that blog to besmirch the reputation of individuals they were trying to convict, in return North Wales Police sought to protect the authors.

Far fetched, but all true and backed by solid evidence.

North Wales Police have been complicit with that blog and to this day still protect it’s authorship.

PC Cawood.

An email from PC Cawood

An email from PC Cawood

This email was sent to a complainant about that blog in January 2014, the first paragraph is most interesting, Cawood says: ‘The comments posted by site users are offensive but you are not complaining about them’. Any blog can be set up that comments are not published until they have been moderated by the publisher, my blog has that facility and so did the troll blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’, the authors of that blog made a point of telling the reader as much on the blogs home page, ‘ALL COMMENTS ARE MODERATED.

So any comments published on that blog are the responsibility of the publishers/authors, just like it was my responsibility when North wales Police arrested me for publishing the following comment sent into my blog last year:

The Blue Touchpaper19 September 2015 at 07:59
  • Even more to come. D Day is 1st. November,a massive start to Guy Fawkes celebrations.
    Bangers and Smash.

http://conwyllandudnoblog.co.uk/2015/11/26/the-cps-say-nfa-to-the-false-accusation-made-about-me-by-the-mp-for-clwyd-west-david-ian-jones-and-his-fellow-internet-trolls/

Cawood goes on to say: ‘In addition we have tried and failed in the past to prosecute users of this site but it has been impossible to PROVE the identity of those responsable’.

So what we have here are several important things.

1, The blue touch paper comment was deemed to be so serious by North Wales Police that after David Jones MP, Nigel & Wendy Roberts, Dylan Moore and RW collectively reported that comment to the police, stating it made them feel threatened, as the publisher of my blog they, the police arrested me, raided my home seizing all our belongings including children’s toys.

Taking into account what PC Cawood states in his email: ‘In addition we have tried and failed in the past to prosecute users of this site but it has been impossible to PROVE the identity of those responsable’. Why was Nigel Roberts not immediately arrested, after admitting he was responsable for the troll blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’, on the 09-09-2014, http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-politics-29141800 for publishing the ‘Offensive comments’, PC Cawood adhered to in the above email.

‘The comments posted by site users are offensive but you are not complaining about them’. Nigel Roberts was ultimately responsable for all comments on the Oscar blog as he was the moderator and publisher.

2, PC Cawood then says that ‘for anyone to be charged with an offence it has to pass the threshold’ ‘I have been informed by my supervisors that for this low level of harassment and the scale of investigation required to secure any evidence this case simply won’t pas the threshold’.

Quite an admission by Cawood.

The complainant in this case complained about the following comments that had been published by Nigel Roberts on that blog, 1, C……….r is a rapist, C……..r is a drug dealer.

2,  David Jones MP, Nigel & Wendy Roberts, Dylan Moore and RW report this comment,

The Blue Touchpaper19 September 2015 at 07:59
  • Even more to come. D Day is 1st. November,a massive start to Guy Fawkes celebrations.
    Bangers and Smash.

It is deemed to be offensive enough to cross the threshold resulting in my arrest, detention and confiscation of my belongings.

3, Yet Nigel Roberts publishes comments allegedly sent into his blog accusing a person of being a rapist and a drug dealer yet that is deemed by North Wales Police not bad enough to cross the threshold.

In January 2015 during a meeting at police headquarters with David Jones Dylan Moore and RW, DS John Hanson says to them that he could go and get me now if they wished, Jones declined saying he thought it would all die out.

It is clear that North Wales Police are up to their necks in a massive cover up and continue to protect dirty David Jones and his co-authors.

 More on Dirty Dave next.

1 thought on “Part two”

  1. The reader has not yet been made aware of the fact that others, who have also been the subjects of Jones’ and Roberts comments, have also had similar treatment from the Police when they complained. The comments made by this Blog can be substantiated by those other victims of the Thoughts of Oscar blog. The whole situation and level of lies and corruption is much bigger that one can imagine. The Police, Freemasonry and so called professional people, are all involved up to their necks. Mr Windmill has the support of many who are also desirous of seeing Justice done and the filth in our Society dealt with in a robust manner.
