North Wales Police, Stop and account.

Stop and account

Very few police officers know the law in its entirety, many think or project the attitude that because they are police officers /plastics(PCSO’s) they can say, demand and do as they desire, they cannot.

The police can stop anyone in a public place, so long as they can justify reasonable cause, and ask you to account for yourself. For example, you could be asked to account for your actions, behaviour, presence in an area or possession of anything. When the police stop you and ask you for an explanation, you don’t need to provide your personal details. The police do not have to make a record or give you a receipt. But you may be asked to give your ethnicity.

Here in North Wales we have a police force incapable of operating in a lawful manner and a respectable approach, for example:

A few years ago this idiot confronted me when I was requesting a man park in his car on the Llandudno ASDA Taxi rank to move, so I could pick up a disabled lady who had booked my taxi to take her and her shopping home, I was driving a Peugeot E7 purposely adapted for disabled use.

PCSO Sarah Curry

The man in question refused to move which meant I would have had to block the access road in order to pick up my disabled customer, this was out of the question, 1, because it was dangerous for my customer and 2, it would have meant inconveniencing ASDA customers coming and going, so I resorted to beeping my horn in an effort to get him to move his car from its illegally parked position on a taxi rank.

PCSO Sarah Curry came rushing over shouting at me to leave the man alone, I pointed out to this ignoramus that the gentleman was illegally parked and I had a disabled customer waiting, she said he is not illegally parked and that I would have to wait, not really believing my ears I pointed out that he was parked on a taxi rank, a taxi rank purposely installed at ASDA’s entrance for the convenience of ASDA customers, especially the elderly and the disabled.

ASDA Llandudno’s Taxi rank

PCSO Sarah Curry shouted back at me that the taxi rank was not official therefor this gentleman had every right to park there, by this time I realised I was dealing with an idiot, I pointed out that the rank was official and regardless he should not be parked there, she would not have it.

Her idiotic actions led to me having to get my disabled customer aboard my taxi illegally and in the middle of the access road, my customer once on board voiced her disgust at PCSO Curry’s behaviour, I pointed out that Curry was merely a plastic copper and therefor lacked the knowledge required to enforce the law correctly, Curry overheard what I said and tried to make issue of it, I told her to go away.

One would have thought that would be the of it, but no it was not, on returning to my office, PCSO Curry had took it upon herself to report me to my boss, I confronted her there and then, informed she had well and truly cocked up and overstepped any kind of remit she thought she had, she left with her uneducated tail between her legs, then I reported her to her Sargent.

As you can tell by North Wales Police’s official Web site she is one of the faces representing North Wales Police and that says it all, she is a bloody idiot and everything that is wrong with modern policing.

Next more illegal stupid lying behaviour on behalf of PCSO Chris Perkins.
