Police Misconduct Hearings: Wednesday 19th April 2017 and Thursday, 20th April 2017
A misconduct hearing will be held in conference room 1 at North Wales Police Headquarters, Glan-y-Don, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AW on Wednesday 19th April 2017, commencing at 10.00 am.
Police Sergeant 2238 Christie is facing;
- • 1 allegation that he used excessive force against a member of the public causing him to sustain a broken collar bone – Standard of Professional Behaviour relating to Use of Force. (Gross Misconduct)
In accordance with the Police (Conduct) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, the hearing will be in public.
Due to the capacity of the meeting room there is a limit on the number of places available for members of the public / media. Access will therefore be on a ‘first come-first served basis’.
The use of mobile phones and recording or filming of the proceedings is not permitted.

The building and meeting room is accessible to people who are wheelchair users. Parking facilities at the location are limited and there are no public refreshment facilities available at the venue.
