4 Putting people in fear of violence.
(1)A person whose course of conduct causes another to fear, on at least two occasions, that violence will be used against him is guilty of an offence if he knows or ought to know that his course of conduct will cause the other so to fear on each of those occasions.
I was arrested under this act for publishing this comment:

(2)For the purposes of this section, the person whose course of conduct is in question ought to know that it will cause another to fear that violence will be used against him on any occasion if a reasonable person in possession of the same information would think the course of conduct would cause the other so to fear on that occasion.
I have never published anything on this blog or else where that could be deemed as a threat toward anybody, I have only ever published facts, in addition if any person sent a comment to my blog that could be deemed as a threat and I published it I have always published comments like the following along side:
Although I have published this comment it is not to say I agree with the insinuation, I do not, but it clearly demonstrates how fed up people are with these horrible trolls and with North Wales Police refusal to act against them. on North Wales Police Harassment…..Enough is Enough…..Part one…..

(3)It is a defence for a person charged with an offence under this section to show that—
(a)his course of conduct was pursued for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime,
It Has only ever been the purpose of this blog to expose those behind the troll blog Thoughts of Oscar, which was responsible for a seven year rule of terror, including many hate crimes, and the obvious North Wales Police collusion with it, as can been read in this blogs intro:
FIGHTING TO UNCOVER THE COLLUSION BETWEEN NORTH WALES POLICE & THE TROLL BLOG THOUGHTS OF OSCAR.

I am Richie Windmill, this is my blog,
(b)his course of conduct was pursued under any enactment or rule of law or to comply with any condition or requirement imposed by any person under any enactment, or
The rule of law is an ambiguous term that can mean different things in different contexts. In one context the term means rule according to law. No individual can be ordered by the government to pay civil damages or suffer criminal punishment except in strict accordance with well-established and clearly defined laws and procedures. In a second context the term means rule under law. No branch of government is above the law, and no public official may act arbitrarily or unilaterally outside the law. In a third context the term means rule according to a higher law.
No written law may be enforced by the government unless it conforms with certain unwritten, universal principles of fairness, morality, and justice that transcend human legal systems.
The first highlighted section above allows my legitimate pursuit of the truth, because I believe certain North Wales Police officers have acted outside the law, and that can easily be proved in the case of Superintendent John Hanson, ex Chief Superintendent Simon Humphrey’s and Inspector Ian Verburg.
The second highlighted section again more than justifies my actions in seeking the truth, I can easily prove that North Wales Police have acted unfairly, (partially) when deciding who they should arrest and pursue and who they should not, especially when the evidence that I have regarding the treatment of the 44 victims of the troll blog Thoughts of Oscar is so incredibly compelling, and once you compare that to the way North Wales Police choose to treat all those who were responsible for that crinimal troll blog Thoughts of Oscar, well need I say more.
What we are dealing with here is a small town police force wrapped up with a few well connected people, the Masons, an MP, Magistrates & local Judges.
It is reminiscent of the film ‘Deliverance’.
(c)the pursuit of his course of conduct was reasonable for the protection of himself or another or for the protection of his or another’s property.
This is easily justified, I have been threatened by the authors of the troll blog Thoughts of Oscar, they have threatened to shoot and or bugger me, I think that more than justifies my actions on this blog and can be proved.
If that is the case well why then is this comment that I published deemed by North Wales Police to be a threat of violence:
